What Allya is
Three simple parts. Check in, understand, act.
Check in
Answer two short questionnaires that clinicians use every day: the PHQ-9 and the GAD-7. Each takes about two minutes.
Understand
See a plain-language picture of how you're doing right now. It's never a diagnosis — only a clinician can give you that.
Act
Follow a simple plan built from well-studied approaches, like CBT and behavioural activation. Small steps, one week at a time.
How it works
A steady loop you repeat, week by week.
01Start with a check-in
Answer the PHQ-9 and GAD-7. Honest answers work best — there are no wrong ones.
02See where you stand
Allya turns your answers into a clear picture, in plain words.
03Follow your weekly plan
Small, doable steps drawn from approaches with strong evidence behind them.
04Check in again
Every few weeks you repeat the questionnaires, so you can see what's changing.
What Allya is not
Allya is not a doctor, not a therapist, and not an emergency service.
Allya never diagnoses. Only a clinician can do that.
Your safety comes first
A safety system watches for signs of crisis in every check-in and every conversation. If something looks urgent, Allya always shows you a real human helpline first — before anything else.
If you need help right now
If you are outside Pakistan, contact your local emergency number.
